4. Prepare a high quality marketing presentation, highlighting the strengths of your property.

5. Ensure the most appropriate audience is reached. We co-operate with other brokers to leverage the reach of the brokerage community, list on all major syndicators (such as Zillow, Loopnet and Crexi), install high-quality signage, and cold outreach to potential buyers.

Most brokers optimize for their own profitability through limited exposure, simple templated-flyers, and phone photography. Some refuse to share commissions and push for the lowest price possible to ensure a quick sale. When you list with us, we take our fiduciary responsibility seriously.
